GROUP RESERVATIONS:
Any reservation of 5 rooms or more will be considered a group reservation and will be subject to Group Reservations Terms and Conditions laid out below:
1. Group reservations of 5 rooms and more cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival will be liable for a 50% cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night’s accommodation for all rooms cancelled.
2. Group reservations of 5 rooms and more cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival will be liable for a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one night’s accommodation for all rooms cancelled.
3. Group reservations of 5 rooms and more cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will be liable for a 100% cancellation fee for each night reserved.
4. Group reservations of 5 rooms or more are to be guaranteed or prepaid 3 weeks prior to arrival.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Regretfully, please be advised that due to physical building constraints, Faircity Quatermain Hotel does not have accessibility or facilities to accommodate physically disabled or mobility impaired guests. This includes both public areas/facilities as well as guest rooms in the hotel.
