Description
The Damn Caravan is a converted park home that is beautifully decorated inside with 3 bedrooms and is situated right next to a lovely dam. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms each contain a single bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas fridge-freezer, gas stove and oven, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, powered by a gas geyser. The lounge has a wood burning stove and leads onto a patio with a 6-seater table and outside braai area. Please note that all appliances work with gas, there is no electricity in this unit.

The farm is 5 km from the tar road to Fouriesburg and 27 km from Clarens.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement, small dogs and medium-sized dogs only.
Although the Damn Caravan, Twin Towers, and Opstal can be reached with a normal vehicle under dry conditions, a diff lock vehicle is recommended during the rainy season.
Please note that guests require a different lock vehicle to reach the De Rust Cottage.

Please note that you require a Diff Lock vehicle in order to reach De Rust cottage. De Rust Farm Cottage offers a comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax and it includes 4 bedrooms. The first room is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the third room has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. Another shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the guest bathroom. Other facilities include a dining room, fireplace, kitchen, and safe. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix is provided. Guests can braai in the covered outside braai room.

This 3 levelled house offers the perfect place for a family or large group getaway. The rooms are warm and rustic with all the facilities to have a truly great holiday. Level 1 consists of a room with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another room with 2 double beds. Level 2 comprises a room with a queen-size bed, a separate bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet. Level 3 has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, a small 2-seater table and a lounge with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The kitchen and lounge lead out to a small balcony. The unit also offers a spacious entertainment area with an 8-seater table and a stainless steel braai. A Weber braai is also available. An outside fire pit provides guests with the opportunity to braai under the stars. Wood can be purchased for an additional fee per bag on the farm.
