The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features a shower en-suite bathroom; the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The second, third and fourth bedrooms share the second family bathroom, which has a shower and a bath.

The spacious, open-plan well-equipped kitchen with dining area contains a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an eye-level oven, a gas hob, and a large 10-seater dining table. The lounge has sofas to relax on, and offers stunning views of the ocean through 5 m wide sliding doors leading to the lawn terrace in front. The kitchen area leads out to the rear courtyard, which offers a braai area for guests to use. Parking is available to the rear of the house with easy step-free access to the house.

The house is ideally located near to a few fishing spots. The town has a restaurant and 3 general stores; the property is also situated approximately 49 km from central Mossel Bay.
