Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
At any hour of the day or night, making excessive noise or listening to loud music is considered as unacceptable behavior. A noise or loud music is considered excessive if the neighbors can hear it.
Partying on the premises and team-building exercises are viewed as unacceptable behavior.
No pets are allowed on the property, except by special arrangements for guide dogs to aid handicapped or visually impaired guests.
The owner or manager does not take any responsibility for any damages or loss of property that may occur during the stay. The person signing this agreement takes responsibility for always ensuring that the house is locked and secure.
The breakage deposit is normally refunded within 14 days after departure.
Please be aware that there will be an extra fee if check-in is made after 19:00.
