Hi James, Thanks for the time in giving us your feedback.
Unfortunately the heavy rains did indeed play tricks on us with regards to electricity, but I am sure you can agree we were out there constantly trying to fix this.
There is a washing up area at the communal kitchen, both inside and outside, we must have failed pointing this out to you on your arrival.
There are a total of 4 toilets, 5 showers and a bath, we will look into this further as its the first time this has been mentioned to us.
Wifi is only in one hotspot at the lapa area. We prefer for people to enjoy the surroundings, the walks, the birdlife, the big lawns and more rather than sitting on the wifi hotspot. Being on a farm, it is also expensive to gain internet access out here, and the loadshedding often causes signal problems, even with MTN and Vodacom.
All of the above we will take into consideration.
