Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R250 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Wi-Fi tickets are available at an additional cost, however, the first 512MB ticket is free of charge.
Any outstanding balances toward your reservation must be deposited in full, 5 working days prior to arrival.
Parties, functions or events are not allowed, unless previously arranged with management.
Pets are not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed.
Music is not allowed after 22:00.
Shooting is not allowed, including air guns.
Day visitors are not allowed, unless prior arrangements were made and agreed on with management.
Motor- and quad bikes are not allowed on the farm and the trails. It may only be used as a means of transportation to and from the cottages.
Smoking is not allowed in the units.
Furniture and utensils may not be moved between the units.
Linen and towels are provided for use inside the units, but own swimming towels are required.
We occasionally have problems with baboons and vervet monkeys entering the cottages. Please keep all windows closed when leaving the cottages.
Feeding the baboons and the monkeys is not allowed.
Please leave the cottage the way you found it.
Full garbage bags are to be placed in the outside bins provided at each cottage. Cleaning staff will remove bags when they service the units, but sometimes there might be an overflow during the weekends. Please ensure that baboons, monkeys and other animals would not be able to get into the bins.
Parental supervision is required at all times.

The Farmhouse: maximum 6 adults and 4 children (including babies).
Friesland cottage: maximum 6 adults and 2 children (including babies).
