Fynbos 5 is a lovely 3-bedroom home situated on a hillside in the Pinnacle Point Golf Estate in Mossel Bay, offering views of the ocean. The double-storey home offers a variety of living spaces for guests to enjoy.
The lower level of the house offers a spacious open flow as you move through the living areas to the enclosed patio. There is an indoor braai area and recreational room which allows for entertaining. The indoor braai area and recreational room leads out to a private swimming pool. The house comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The bedrooms are located on the top floor of the house. The 2 main en-suite bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and has access to a separate bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and carpeted floors.
The house also comprises an open-plan dining room, lounge, bar and TV room, with a TV with full DStv and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, and a kettle, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine for guests convenience. Guests can enjoy views of the surrounding area from the front deck.
Pinnacle Point Estate offers a lovely golf course, as well as the La Vita Spa, a clubhouse restaurant and bar, a conference and function venue, and The Pinnacle Fitness Centre. The estate is also well known for the Pinnacle Point Caves.
