Fynbos Garden Suite

Hoekwil is a small village comprising a country store, where one can have light meals and delicious cheesecake. It also has another small restaurant, a hardware shop, a school, a church and a post office. Approximately 10 km away towards the Outeniqua Mountains is "The Big Tree", an Outeniqua Yellowwood over 800 years old, situated in a wonderful indigenous forest. There are lovely drives through the farmlands, and the old road known as "The Seven Passes Road" ultimately ends up in Knysna. Hoekwil is perched on top of a hill overlooking 4 lakes.
