Gabrielshoek Country Escape is situated in the rolling hills of the Steenkamps Mountains and offers a peaceful breakaway on a 450-hectare farm. It is ideally suited for fishing enthusiasts, nature lovers or a family looking for a tranquil environment to relax.
The separate, private cottage, located between 2 dams, comprises 2 bedrooms and a loft and can accommodate 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has 1 double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The loft is also equipped with 2 single beds. The unit shares a bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, toilet and basin. Linen and towels are supplied for guests' convenience.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The dining area has ample seating and the lounge has comfortable couches, a fireplace and a radio.
The unit boasts beautiful views of the valley and guests have use of braai facilities.
A variety of activities are available on the farm including fly fishing in 1 of the 4 dams, beautiful hiking- and mountain biking trails and bird watching.
