Description

Overlooking the ocean, Galvin's House is a cosy self-catering holiday home for up to 4 people in Strandfontein, and is just 500 m from the beach.

Accessed by stairs, the accommodation is located on the first floor and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a shower, a bath and a toilet en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and makes use of a bathroom with a bath, and a toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. The lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto a balcony overlooking the ocean and surroundings. Wi-Fi is not available and smoking is not allowed in the house.

Outdoor braai facilities are available on the ground floor, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

Strandfontein offers a lovely beach and various activities such as fishing, hiking and walking trails, quad biking, and 4x4 trails. During July to September, guests may be spoiled with views of the blooming wildflowers, or the Southern Right whales in the bay between June to October.
