A comfortable accommodation with a caring host.

The flat was very neat, well-equipped, and spacious. James went out of his way to ensure we were happy.

Baie netjiese woonstel en goed toegerus om selfversorgend te kan wees.

James was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam! Dankie James!

Superb host, safe cottage with all conveniences, very good value for money.

Our host made us welcome and made sure we had everything we might need. It was hard to tell when load shedding was happening because there were alternative lights and most things still worked. Those were the softest, most luxurious towels! Great kitchen and bathroom facilities, spacious and comfortable throughout the cottage.

Baie aangenaam.

Die woonstel is klein maar het alles wat mens nodig het. Gasstoof en braaier, loadshedding ligte, Netfilx, WiFi, onderdakparkeering in erf. Enige iets wat jy nog benodig, sal die eienaar voorsien. Hy is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. 'n Ware gasheer. Nabei geleë aan Kingswood College. Ons sal verseker weer daar bly.

The host, James, was most accommodating and reached out to provide any extra information or background needed for local travel. A great stay.

Soos altyd was ons vriendelik verwelkom. Die plek was skoon soos al my vorige besoeke. Ek gaan beslis weer van die plek gebruik maak.

James was 'n ster! Hy het ons al die plekke gestuur waar ons kon gaan eet, hy het ons op sy hande gedra, wat 'n plesier om te bly.

Garden Flat is lovely, warm and secluded. All amenities for a comfortable stay was available. We were able to have daily meetings (4 people) at the terrace area. I enjoyed the visit each morning from Manny the resident dog.

A home away from home.

Very neat and tidy garden apartment. James ensured that all our needs were attended to. Will be happy to return when next in Grahamstown.

Home away from home.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Die woonstel is ten volle toegerus en alles is baie netjies en modern. Ons was bederf met ietsie vir ontbyt vir die oggend na ons aankoms. Vars drinkwater is deur ons gasheer voorsien. Ons sal beslis weer daar bly as ons weer Grahamstad besoek. Grahamstad se paaie is egter 'n groot uitdaging.

Sentraal geleë en ons sal beslis weer daar bly as ons weer in Grahamstad moet wees.

Ons het die gastehuis baie geniet en het gevoel of ons in ons eie huis was, want alle geriewe was daar.

Baie lekker gebly en James was 'n goeie gasheer. Alles het goed gewerk en die sekuriteit was voldoende, aangesien ek navorsing gedoen het by die universiteit en my vrou bedags daar gebly het. James het vir ons ook mineraal water voorsien aangesien die munisipale water nie drinkbaar is nie.

Verblyf was heerlik, alles was skoon en netjies.

Verblyf uitstekend en prys baie billik. James ook baie behulpsaam en besorg. Het uit sy pad gegaan om ons verblyf so aangenaam moontlik te maak.

Gemaklik en goed toegerus.

Eenheid is knap maar baie gerieflik, met buite braai geriewe en ten volle toegeruste kombuis, tot skottelgoedwasser wat baie gerieflik was.

We really enjoyed our stay and the host was so helpful, the place was so clean and I would recommend it to anyone, of course.

Garden Flat on Southey was like our home in Grahamstown. My family liked the place, the security, friendly dog and good location made our stay enjoyable. Our host, James was always willing to help and through communication he kept us informed. I would recommend it to anyone.
