Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis for two people. Any extra persons, including children, will be charged an extra fee of R750 per night per person.
House Rules
An R1500.00 refundable key and breakage deposit will be due before check-in and will be refunded via EFT after the apartment has been serviced after check-out.
The booking is for two guests any additional guests will be charged a further R750.00 per night.
The apartment sleeps two people privately with a third adult or child on the sleeper couch not private and for an extra fee.
A once-off cleaning fee of R550.00 is charged per booking
For bookings of 7 nights or more, there is an additional cleaning fee of R550.00 per 7-night stay. This will include clean towels. If clean linen is required this will be an additional fee of R550.00 per linen change as requested.
The remaining 50% of your stay is due 30 days prior to the check-in date i.e.: the booking is to be paid in full (including the deposit and cleaning fee) prior to check-in, unless otherwise arranged.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Discounts apply to stays longer than 10 nights, except in peak periods, please enquire.
Parking and laundry are to be arranged separately for your own account.
The apartment has large windows, children are therefore to be watched at all times and are the parent's full responsibility.
