Description
Gayle's Place is situated in The Clarens Golf and Trout Estate at the foot of the Horeb Mountains on the Maluti route. The villa is surrounded by scenic views and there is loads of entertainment for young and old, especially golf enthusiasts.
The air-conditioned villa comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and makes use of a second bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge has comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace as well as a TV with DStv. There is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.
There are lovely braai facilities on the patio and guests are afforded secure parking on the premises. This property also has an inverter that will supply about 4 hours of electricity during power outages. This is sufficient for lights and the TV.
Activities include hiking trails, mountain biking trails, an 18-hole golf course and a spa in the village. The Golden Gate National Park is of course also a favourite must-see and is approximately 20 km from the estate. The general merchant offers a variety of necessities and is literally around the corner. For the connoisseurs, there are restaurants, roadside stalls and cheese farms to choose from, and art lovers will love the iconic galleries that Clarens offers.
