Situated just a few meters from Bekbaai Beach in the fishing village of Paternoster, is the charming Gilcrest Place Guest House.

Enjoying beautiful ocean views, Gilcrest Place Guest House offers guests a choice of 3 lovely suites that can accommodate up to 2 people each. Two of the suites, Bayview and Lookout, are located on the first floor, and open onto balconies with lovely views of the surrounds. Located on the ground floor, the Clamshell Suite and enjoys a lovely garden view.

The suites have private entrances, and they are furnished with a queen-size or king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower only, or a full bathroom. A TV with selected DStv channels, Wi-Fi access, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a minibar fridge is provided in each suite.

Guests can enjoy breakfast is served in the breakfast room while enjoying the ocean view, or relax in the lounge.

Gilcrest Place Guest House is a non-smoking establishment, and off-street parking, which is patrolled at night, is provided.

Paternoster offers various restaurants and cafes, and guests can take a stroll on the lovely beach, go horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, watch the whales and dolphins in season, do some bird watching, and in spring be treated with the sight of the blooming flowers. Guests can also visit the Cape Columbine Lighthouse and climb the 93 steps to the top, or the West Coast Fossil Park.
