The reserve is also the perfect setting for a beachside wedding. The picturesque chapel, with a thatch roof and bell tower, is a mere 50 m from the shore. Within walking distance from the chapel is a banquet hall, which can accommodate between 180 - 200 people. The pool house can be utilized as an additional bar facility with restrooms.

Gourikwa’s conferencing facilities are ideal for groups or corporates and can facilitate up to 50 people. Being an isolated reserve, groups get the chance to experience a true escape making team-building, training or motivational talks so much more effective.

Gourikwa Nature Reserve extends over 2455-hectares and stretches 5 km along the Indian Ocean. The reserve is fully fenced along its 15 km perimeter and only accessible via 2 gated entrances.
