Curfew of 23:30: This was waived for your birthday weekend by our manager, Annamie, via a telephone call at 21:30 on Saturday, following the breakdown of your motor vehicle, allowing you to enjoy your time without restrictions - which you did, as you only arrived back from family on Sunday morning at 1am.

3. Pool: This is available all day, the safety net is removed by management for guests' convenience should they want to use the pool. The safety was already off when you arrived on Friday afternoon. It was again taken off early Saturday morning and only placed back at 22:00 that evening after you advised you had car trouble.
