I would’ve liked to find a way to accommodate you or move you to another room, especially since there were other rooms available. As you would’ve noted, the guesthouse has a very large equipped kitchen which we could have made available for you at no extra charge, had we known that you preferred a self-catering unit. Most of our guests, however, do not prefer this. Thank you for all the notes that you’ve made; I must admit, we’ve never had any complaints of this nature in the past and therefore we would look into the notes you made.
