Description
This cottage overlooks the dam where wildlife often gathers to drink. Featuring a private deck, indoor fireplace and braai as well as a communal lapa and braai area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and there is a double sleeper couch located in the lounge. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower only. The unit has an open-plan lounge and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Free shaded parking is provided.

- Pets are not allowed in order to avoid accidents with wildlife.
- Activities such as game drives are available on request at an additional fee.
- A key deposit per unit is payable and will be returned within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or linen replacements are needed.
For bookings 10 nights or more:
- Clean sheets and towels may be requested on the seventh day of stay free of charge.
- A cleaning service is available maximum every fourth day for an additional fee per unit.
- Clean linen and towels, if requested before the seventh day, are available for an additional fee per unit.
- Guests are encouraged to recycle. There are bins provided and at the farmhouse is a compost heap for the degradable waste.
Payments:
- Bookings not in December and January: The total amount is payable via EFT 4 business days before arrival or cash on arrival.
- December bookings that are made 7 months or more in advance can be paid in more than one payment.
- Basic amenities such as coffee, tea, and milk are provided for 1 night. Please buy all your groceries in Groot-Brakrivier, which is only a 15-minute drive, before heading to the farm if you plan to check in after 17:00.
- Wood is for sale on the farm. One night's firewood is complimentary for bookings of 2 nights or longer.

Description
This cottage has modern finishes featuring a covered stoep with braai and wood fired hot tub. Views of the waterhole where animals often gather to drink. Favoured for bird watching. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed while the second room has 3 single beds as well as an extra single bed in the living area. The main bedroom walks out on the stoep and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. There is no inter-leading door to the rest of the cottage. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven/stove and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Free shaded parking is provided.
