Hartenbos Landgoed 16 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 3-bedroom house situated in a 24-hour security estate in Hartenbos, ideal for a group of friends or a family.
The house can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a loft, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The open-plan living area leads to a built-in braai area; the braai area opens onto a patio which ends where the private garden starts, ensuring guests' privacy.
The first main bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second main bedroom is also located on the ground floor and contains a queen-size bed, a dressing table, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The third bedroom is on the upper level and contains a queen-size bed. The loft is also on the upper level and contains a single bed. Both the third bedroom and the loft share a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, an electric frying pan, a kettle, a toaster, and pots and pans. In the adjoining pantry and laundry, there is an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, and ironing facilities, as well as a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a plasma TV with Premium DStv channels.
Once a week there is a cleaning service, during which fresh linen and towels will be provided. The housekeeper will also clean the bathrooms and wash the floors.
The open-plan kitchen and braai area contains a built-in braai, a comfortable couch and a chest freezer.
The estate is surrounded by dunes covered with lush vegetation and offers 24-hour access control ensuring guests' safety. The estate also offers a communal swimming pool and climbing frames for children. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the estate, along the railway, and down the dune. If guests prefer to drive into Hartenbos, it is approximately 3.5 km to the CBD and the main beach. Langeberg Mall is just 6 km from the estate.
