Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

Please contact the Resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays and Public holidays.
Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.
Beekman Holidays acts as the primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property will accrue to Beekman Holidays.
Kindly note that there will be unit refurbishments taking place from 12 July 2024 to 15 November 2024. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Day visitors will be allowed subject to 24 hours prior notice directly to the resort. Kindly note the number of guests will not be allowed to exceed the maximum sleeper size per unit.
The resort has defined timeslots for the backup power during loadshedding.
There is a fee only for the slide pool for the duration of guest's stay per unit, but other pools are free to use.
Day visitors are not allowed to utilize any of the swimming pools in the Resort.
You and your guests must provide proof of identification such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny you occupation.
You or your guests must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit, of the same size, as that indicated on the confirmation letter.
If, in the opinion of management, more than the stipulated number of persons occupy the unit, you or your party may be required to vacate the unit and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
Please keep the noise levels down.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not "split" the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter.
Any damage, that may even exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, to the resort's property, including the unit/s and their contents is the financial liability of the guest in occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years old may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals.
Smoking is prohibited. A fine will be given if this rule is disobeyed.
Details of all amenities and facilities at the resort are correct at the time of booking however may change depending on maintenance schedules. Specific amenities and facilities may be subject to a fee.
