Helios Place Holiday Accommodation is a quiet, safe relaxing place.

The hosts were very helpful and made themselves available without hesitation. Thank you so much. You will definitely see us again. We were welcomed by friendly representatives. We immediately felt welcome. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and were able to relax. We could safely walk to and from Club Mykonos without any hassles. People are friendly in general, smiles, smiles, smiles.

Relaxed family time.

The place is very comfortable and neat. A lot of potential. I just had an issue with management skills. 1. We were expected to pay an additional R300 on arrival for cleaning and expected to clean braai, bins etc. 2. No towels were provided. Nothing was mentioned on booking. 3. No dry-up rack for washing. 4. Advertising mentioned dishwasher. No dishwasher. 5. It would be nice to have coffee or tea, is a nice to have as a welcome gesture. We were told to be out 10h on time. They will collect the key. No one pitched.

Baie lekker rustige wegbreek saam met my vrou en ma vir 'n langnaweek.

Helios Place is baie netjies en mooi. Vir die prys wat ons betaal sou dit nogal lekker gewees het om darem 'n sak hout en 'n sak ys te gekry het met arriveer. Daar is net 'n paar dinge wat dit bietjie beter sou maak vir ons as gaste soos: Wifi (as daar reeds is het ons nie die kode gekry vir dit nie). Skoon braairooster. Badhanddoeke. Steakmesse. Kitchen detergents (there is only dishwashing soap). Kitchen paper. Maybe a flashlight in every bathroom and or room during loadshedding. Their sofas need some attention, they are full of "holes" when you sit down and not the most comfortable to sit in and watch rugby. Otherwise it was a very nice place to visit. Very neat and clean. A stone's throw from Club Mykonos and the beach and also from the shopping centre. We will definitely book there again, but this time just pack a little more thoroughly if we go longer than 2 nights.
