Poor customer service in my opinion.

We booked a family room, we were given 1 set of towels and upon asking for towels we were given another set and apparently the rest of the towels were in the washing machine. The lodge advertised tea and coffee making facilities but could only offer 1 mug for 3 people. We asked for 2 additional mugs and we were told there were no more mugs. The only good recommendation is that the beds were comfortable.
