Comfortable but small.

There was nothing wrong with the accommodation. Although we were only two people, it was really small. Also a bit confusing when it comes to room selection. We had an enjoyable stay. The host was very accommodating and friendly, and the actual room is extremely clean. However, I would like to point out 2 very crucial factors that were not listed on your site when making the booking. 1. It is not stated anywhere that there is an entire family staying on the property 5 steps away from the pool, meaning that you don't have privacy by the pool area. It made me feel uncomfortable to swim with my daughters (2 and 11). There are no pictures on the website of the cottage that they live in right next to the pool - it looks like it has been conveniently cropped out. Had we known this, we probably wouldn't have booked the accommodation due to lack of privacy. 2. The "quiet time" from 22:00-06:00 is not mentioned anywhere, and we felt restricted as we had to go to bed at 22:00 while on vacation.

Apologies for the slow WiFi. I was not there, but we always ensure our guests are aware that they can contact us 24/7 if anything is not 100%. We have fast Fibre internet, modems with UPS, and inverters to keep our internet, WiFi and all security features running, even through load shedding. Sometimes you just have to reboot a modem to get it running optimally again. I think the modem closest to you might have had a problem and then you got connected to one further away from you.
One call and we would have sorted it out in minutes.
