The studio offers comfortable accommodation for 1 or 2 guests with a double bed and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Good security with remote access plus caretaker and night-time security guard. Guests have access to a secure parking bay right next to the verandah at the entrance to the studio.

This studio is only a few minutes walk to upmarket Cavendish Square Mall with all its wonderful shops, banks, movies, restaurants, etc and only 100 meters to Claremont Main Road and public transport. It is especially close to the Cape Fertility Clinic also Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals and UCT's Jammie Shuttle plus Newlands Cricket and Rugby stadiums. Kirstenbosch Gardens and most major attractions are also easily accessible.
