It is not at all like the pictures on the website.

I was very disappointed when I arrived, as the pictures are a false indication of reality. I have stayed in numerous guesthouses as I travel a lot for business, but this is not the money worth. You can get much better quality for the same price.

I really don't understand your complaint as the photos on our listing are genuine photos taken by us and not false ones as you are insinuating.
We are graded a 4-star establishment and do our utmost to uphold that grading. As for our rate, we are very well priced compare to most 4-star guest houses.

Enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at Heugh Road House. Very friendly owner and staff. We really appreciated the extra taxi service, which was provided by Henry!
