Description
Hibbers on the Beach Unit 4 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation on the first floor. This unit is a 3-bedroom apartment situated right on the beautiful Hibberdene coastline. The apartment complex, Mariner Mews, is conveniently located right on the beach and is approximately 2 minutes from Hibberdene Village Mall.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, a loft room, and an open-plan kitchen. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains 2 bunk beds, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioners. The lounge and open-plan kitchen are ideal for social family gathering time. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher for guests' convenience. The house also has a built-in braai and a portable braai. The house offers a large patio from where guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views, or keep an eye on the kids while they play on the lush lawn or on the sand right at the guest's feet.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach and bath towels. Guests have access to secure and ample parking. The unit is monitored by CCTV cameras. The apartment is accessed by stairs, and full DStv can be hired for an additional daily cost. This apartment is ideal for family holidays; spend hours in the tidal pool which is not far from the apartment, or visit Hibberdene’s main beach approximately 1 km away. The Hibberdene Village has an Engen QuickStop, a grocer, a liquor store, a chemist, hardware stores, and takeaways.
This unit has a prepaid electricity meter installed. We have recently installed inverters in the unit to safeguard against load shedding or other electricity cuts. Hibberdene often experiences water cuts so to prevent a problem we have two large JoJo tanks which are available.
All linen is supplied but please remember to bring bath and beach towels along.
