A home away from home in a beautiful setting.

We had such a lovely stay at Hilbre. What a spot! We could walk to Harold Porter Botanical Garden or to the coastal meander. The mountain views are magnificent! Everything is provided for your comfort and entertainment, including a wonderfully equipped kitchen, games, and books. We especially liked the layout of the house, with the bedroom areas quite separate from each other. We went with our two grown-up children and their families, and the accommodation worked very well.

Great place for a family holiday.

A comfortable home, close to the beach and the Harold Porter botanical gardens. We had great fun trying out the pizza oven, although we'll need more practice!

Quite close to mountains.

What an amazing place to stay. The pizza oven makes it magical. Baboons also welcomed us. Awesome, quiet place with beautiful mountain views. Everything you need was there.

Great sheltered braai and pizza oven. Well appointed and comfortable accommodation. easy access to the beautiful rugged coastline and mountain reserve.

Lovely and relaxed.

Was a great experience, very homely feel to the place, kitchen had all basic and more utensils which was great, over all an amazing place to relax with privacy and space.
