Holden Manz Country House offers luxury bed and breakfast, and is situated on a private working wine estate in the beautiful and historic town of Franschhoek. The estate is ideal for discerning guests looking for a comfortable base for a leisure or corporate breakaway or to explore this part of the Cape Winelands.
Accommodation at Holden Manz Country House comprises 5 individually decorated suites, which can accommodate 2 adults in each. Each suite is furnished with a king-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom. In addition, most of the suites boast air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi Internet, underfloor heating, a TV with selected DStv channels, a safe to store valuables in, a wood-burning fireplace, and other luxuries.
A lavish breakfast is served either in the restaurant area known as the Franschhoek Kitchen, or on one of the verandahs overlooking the estate and mountains. Afternoon tea is served in the best English tradition, with homemade delicacies, sandwiches, cakes and preserves; a delectable lunch, dinner or picnic baskets can be ordered as well.
The country house also boasts a swimming pool, and a spa that offers an array of special treatments to relax the body and mind, an intimate yoga studio, and a wine shop where locally made wines are sold.
