Tranquil and relaxing.

A much-needed relaxing weekend in the most tranquil and beautiful of settings. The cottage has everything you need and is totally self-sufficient. The gardens are amazing, and you can easily get "lost" meandering around. There is a firepit down by the stream, make sure to book it in advance.

Magical.

A wonderful experience. A gorgeous studio apartment with all the necessary amenities and more. There are beautiful gardens where you can enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. The team at the accommodation is simply amazing, friendly, and super helpful. I can't wait to go back! The village is a few meters up the road and has great options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Out of this world!

It was our 2nd time staying at House at Pooh Corner and again we did not want to leave. We had such an amazing time relaxing and enjoying the unbelievably beautiful gardens. A real peaceful piece of heaven they have created there. We felt right at home.

Beautiful, quaint & clean!

We arrived a bit later than expected & were greeted by a super friendly host! Their facilities & garden were nourishing to my soul! The facilities on hand were well received with a super comfy bed! The cottage was also super private! Did I mention the awesome old bears! Made me smile like a kid again!

A lovely place to stay and explore Noordhoek.

We had a lovely brief stay at House at Pooh Corner. The hostess is very warm and welcoming, beautiful restful gardens on the premises, and the cottage didn't disappoint. Everything is carefully thought out and provided for, and the bed was very comfortable.

A lovely, tranquil haven.

I love staying at House at Pooh Corner as the gardens are just amazing and can be enjoyed by the guests. The room has coffee and tea facilities and always fresh milk in the fridge. Everything is neat and clean. It is also very conveniently located across the road from The Farm Village.

Fabulous and magical!

I would give them 100 out of 10! Best stay we've ever had. The garden was just indescribably beautiful. We went on an otherworldly exploring expedition in every corner of the property and enjoyed every minute.

Was an overnight stay for a wedding in Noordhoek.

We live in Cape Town, and I have driven past The House at Pooh Corner for many years and have always been in awe of it. I am a huge Winnie The Pooh fan and so is my youngest daughter who is now 36. So when the chance came up to finally see for myself I was blown away by the garden paths and picnic area. I was expecting Pooh and his friends to come walking down the path at any moment. We stayed in Piglets Room, which was just gorgeous. Can highly recommend a stay here.

House at Pooh Corner is 'n asemrowende plek vir die hele fam.

Ons amal het 'n wonderlike tyd gehad en soveel geriewe is beskikbaar - swembad, lapa, braai, selfs 'n plekkie vir tuinliefhebbers met hulle bonsai en loopafstand van farm village. Baie dankie aan Kathy Fisher en haar gesin - almal so vriendelik en behulpsaam in alles wat hulle doen.

Heerlike verblyf by Pooh Corner.

Ons was baie vriendelik ontvang en die eienaars was baie behulpsaam. Die gastehuis is reg langs 'n klomp restaurante en winkels gelee, sommer stapafstand vanaf die perseel. Die kamer is intiem en gerieflik. Die tuine buite is ongelooflik mooi, soos 'n bos uit 'n sprokiesverhaal. Ons sal enige tyd teruggaan!

Hartlik ontvang. Goed versorgde volledige eenheid met veilige parkering. Sentraal geleë. Ongelooflike boomryke, kreatiewe tuin met wandelpaadjies en verrassings om elke hoek. Kathy ons kom beslis weer.

Kathy was so welcoming. I left there feeling rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.

Daar was niemand toe ons daar aankom nie, moes wag tot die persoon ons sê waar moet ons bly.

Vensterknip gebreuk, maak nie heel toe nie, verder het ons lekker geslaap.

Dit was heerlik, so naby alles, veilig, stil en die pragtigste tuin!

Die ligging is baie goed, die eienaars is vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die kamer is redelik klein, maar dit het gewerk. Ons het gehou van die buitesitplek. Die tuin was asemrowend.

Amazing place.

We had an amazing stay. The room is small, but was perfect for our overnight stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful. I would really recommend House at Pooh Corner.

Magical location, away within a world of escape.

Pooh Corner is a delightful space and that transports you into a different world. There is an array of amenities within easy reach to enjoy - the outdoors, wine, food and arts as well as the sea and horse riding within easy reach! Would return to the magical garden in a heartbeat.

Beautifully positioned on the mountain. Very pleasant hosts, with clean and tidy surroundings. The accommodation was very comfortable and our every need was taken care of.

House of Pooh Corner is well worth the price paid, and is situated on the Two Oceans Marathon route. Wonderful views driving down the mountain. The host was very accommodating. Secure parking inside premises. Beautiful garden with artifacts and homemade charms for the curious. Restaurants are right across the street. I would definitely recommend House at Pooh Corner to anyone. Can't wait to be back.

Very quaint but dated.

It was cold and draughty. The night we were there was very cold. The heater in the bedroom was ineffective and there was insufficient hot water to get kids and adults bathed. So we were all freezing most of the night. Extra blankets didn't feel fresh or clean. And although heaters were available the only place to plug in was an extension chord that didn't feel very safe with the kids. It's a nice, quiet location and the accommodation is cute, but feels a bit neglected. And not particularly comfortable in the cold weather.

Such a wonderful weekend getaway spot. A very cute Pooh-inspired cottage nestled between the trees.

The accommodation was exactly like the pictures described it. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Kathy! Lush gardens with secret walkways and secluded pool area.

Heerlik gebly. Rustige naweek.

Naby die Foodbarn restaurant. Net oorkant die pad. Dit is 'n pragtige groot huis met 'n massiewe tuin wat iemand baie duidelik mooi oppas. Die swembad was nie in gebruik nie. Dit sou welkom wees indien ons dit voor die kuier geweet het.

Dit was 'n wonderlike ervaring met baie gasvrye diens en 'n pragtige tuin.

Ons het net een nag oorgeslaap, maar dit was 'n wonderlike ervaring langs die rivier met die water wat jy kan hoor as jy gaan slaap en die pragtige tuin ek kan dit aanbeveel vir enigiemand om te gaan ervaar ek sal definitief weer daar gaan oorbly.

Lekker stil en rustige naweek,net wat ons nodig gehad het.

An enjoyable overnight stay.

I was attending a show across the road at Cafe Roux and am glad I could find accommodation here. It meant that I could enjoy the show without worrying about getting home. It also pleases me that the establishment is bicycle friendly and I was permitted to keep my bicycle in my room. Although the hosts could not provide breakfast themselves, I felt it was great that they arranged a voucher to have breakfast at the Deli across the road.
