House Casablanca is a quaint Moroccan-style self-catering holiday house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Ramsgate. The house is nestled in the indigenous forest of the Admiralty Belt with direct private access to the beach. The house is conveniently located a few minutes drive from Woolworths, Checkers, Pick n’ Pay and Spar shops, and is close to several eateries, the Ramsgate swimming beach and the well-known Waffle House.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an additional separate flatlet that has its own bathroom. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and has use of an adjoining bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The separate flatlet is open-plan and contains a queen-size bed, 2 single beds, and an adjoining bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas hob, electric oven, a dishwasher, fridges, a deep freezer, and a separate laundry room. The lounge contains comfortable couches, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv decoder, should guests wish to bring their own smart card. There is a separate dining room area. The living area opens to a lovely undercover patio with outdoor furniture, a dining table, and a weber kettle braai. The patio overlooks a sparkling swimming pool with a net. The pool leads to an indigenous garden, which in turn offers direct access onto the beach, which is accessible via a locked gate.

Off-street parking is available on the property, behind a gate. A single undercover garage space is available, and there is ample uncovered parking for several vehicles. The live-in domestic worker is available for light cleaning in the mornings, and is familiar with the house. She is also available by private request for any other cleaning or laundry requirements. Well-behaved house trained pets are welcome.
