Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
1. No loud noise, parties or events permitted or a fine will be issued by the CPF to protect the animals.
2. No smoking allowed inside the unit.
3. No pets allowed. You will be issued a fine.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. All fires to be fully attended and extinguished before leaving the facility.
6. All kids to be under full adult supervision at all times.
7. Do not tamper with any pre-paid meters or your deposit will not be refunded
8. Please do not dispose any foreign objects eg. Ladies sanitary ware or baby nappies. It will instantly block the septic tank. The tank will be checked before and after a guest.
9. Please turn off AC when you go out.
10. Please respect the property and the content of the owner.
