Description
The house consists of 2 bedroom, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, and 2 en-suite bathrooms with a bath and a shower. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area. There are ceiling fans in all areas and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The verandah outside is ideal for socialising and has lovely views of the bush overlooking the splash pool. 4 bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own swimming pool towels.

House Rules
1. No loud noise, parties or events permitted or a fine will be issued by the CPF to protect the animals.
2. No smoking allowed inside the unit.
3. No pets allowed. You will be issued a fine.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. All fires to be fully attended and extinguished before leaving the facility.
6. All kids to be under full adult supervision at all times.
7. Do not tamper with any pre-paid meters or your deposit will not be refunded
8. Please do not dispose any foreign objects eg. Ladies sanitary ware or baby nappies. It will instantly block the septic tank. The tank will be checked before and after a guest.
9. Please turn off AC when you go out.
10. Please respect the property and the content of the owner.
