The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, an upstairs loft room, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. These rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The upstairs loft room contains 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The loft opens to an upstairs balcony with a portable braai facility.
