Description

Nommer Drie is located in the seaside town of Struisbaai in the Cape Overberg region of the Western Cape. The house is situated 50 m from Struisbaai Harbor, next to the old Harbor Lights Guesthouse and across the large parking area for boat trailers.

The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 children. Please include these numbers in your enquiry. It comprises 3 large en-suite bedrooms and a separate bath and shower. The first bedroom contains a double bunk bed, a TV, a couch, and a sliding door leading out onto a stoep. The second bedroom contains 2 double bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower, TV and sliding doors that open onto the stoep. The third bedroom contains a king-size poster bed and 2 single beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath.

The house has an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen and living area and a separate laundry room with all amenities, except a dishwasher. It has an extra chest freezer and 2 fridges.

There is also a breakfast bar with stools in the kitchen, while the open-plan lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV as well as a built-in braai. There is a separate TV room with a corner couch, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a 4-seater dining table and doors leading outside. There is also a Wi-Fi connection and 2 full Explora packages available.

The living area opens up with stacking doors onto a large stoep area which has outdoor patio furniture, 2 umbrellas, and braai facilities. The stoep overlooks the spacious enclosed garden.

A separate room for live-in domestic workers is available on request at an additional cost. The room has a bunk bed and a bathroom.
