Description

IdylWilde is a premium self-catering facility situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering views of the wonderful breathtaking Wilderness beach and inviting Indian Ocean, as well as the tranquil waters of Wilderness lagoon. Wilderness is a picturesque base from which to explore the surrounding areas of South Africa’s renowned Garden Route, with Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn, and Mossel Bay, each within an hour’s drive.

Stylish accommodation is offered in 3 guest suites which are a great choice for romantic getaways, seaside holidays or business travel. The suites are located on the first floor and are sea-facing. The names of each suite, namely Shell, Seagull, and Whale, are inspired by their individual central pictures.

Each suite is equipped with a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, toilet, double basin and vanity, complimentary luxury toiletries, hairdryer, and slippers and bathrobes. Each suite has a kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate induction stove, large microwave, and tea and coffee station. In addition, each suite has an honesty mini-bar. The suites each open to a private balcony with a Weber gas braai facility. Suite amenities include air-conditioning, a laptop safe, blackout curtains, international plug points and USB charging, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV with full DStv bouquet. A beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler box are provided in each room. Beach towels are available on request. The rooms are serviced daily.

Safe off-road parking for 1 vehicle per suite is provided. Seagull and Whale Suites are entered via the main entrance using pin access control. Shell Suite has its own private entrance. For groups and families, Whale can interlink to Shell or Seagull Suites as required.

The expansive Wilderness beaches and village centre are a short, safe stroll away. Take in the spectacular sunsets on your private balcony; fire up your Weber grill for a delicious braai, or wander over to one of the myriad restaurants within a 200 m radius.
