I would not recommend this venue to my family and friends due to several disappointing factors.

Firstly, our host exhibited a hostile and unfriendly demeanour throughout our stay, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Upon our arrival, we encountered issues with the electricity, as it was running at a low capacity. Moreover, it began beeping early in the morning the next day, disrupting our sleep and overall comfort. The accommodation itself is ill-suited for a Family of 6 adults and 1 child, I let alone 10 adults or families with older members. With only 3 bathrooms available, we were disappointed to find that there was only one bathroom equipped with a shower, while the others had either a bathtub or lacked essential amenities. Furthermore, the state of the kitchen appliances was subpar. The fridge had a broken door, resulting in food items freezing inside. The oven and stove were impossible to use, adding to our inconvenience. To make matters worse, the kettle in the kitchen was leaking and sticky, which posed a safety hazard. The couch in the living area had a tear, which detracted from the overall appearance and comfort of the space. The bedding provided was old and stained, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep. It would have been preferable to be informed in advance to bring our own linens. Additionally, the carpets throughout the accommodation were visibly stained and unclean. Despite the potential beauty of the location, our enjoyment was marred by the extremely polluted water. Instead of being able to appreciate the picturesque view of the water and mountains, we were forced to keep the windows closed due to the foul smell and the sight of dead carp floating in the water. Overall, our experience at this venue was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend it to others, particularly to friends and family seeking a pleasant and comfortable retreat.

Review from guest the previous weekend, where all were the same, except the guest - Interesting, it speaks for itself.
Beautiful, tranquil, peaceful, very clean. Stunning views, enjoyed our stay at this holiday home. Well equipped with everything we needed, all we brought was our food and clothing. Warm friendly and helpful security, felt very safe our entire stay. Thank you Petro, will definitely recommend!!
If the guest was not satisfied with the house and what was to offer, for example the bathrooms etc, she should not have booked there: It makes no sense to see what is to offer and then complain afterwards.,

The stay was very nice we really enjoyed the view outside the house although there was few complications with our stay but it was good.

The accommodation was nice but we had problems with turning on the appliances that were needed and also there was a poor signal but other than the less we enjoyed the stay.

As damage deposit was paid only on date of arrival, check-in & appliance instructions was sent the same day, which the guest did not read. Problem was to put on modern stove/oven, all instructions which were again sent to 2 guests, via whap & sms.

Wonderlike ligging. Lekker gebly.

Sou graag iewers instruksies wou sien oor hoe om die stoof te gebruik. Wou 06:00 die oggend hawermout maak maar kon nie die stoof aangeskakel kry nie, en wou nie graag die eienaar so vroeg bel nie. Op die webtuiste staan daar vol DStv, maar ons moes spesiaal vra dat dit aangesit word, waar daar toe aan ons gesê is dat ons 48 uur kennis gee. Dan kan die webtuiste mos nie vol DStv adverteer nie. Ons kon darem Saterdagaand DStv kyk. Badhanddoeke het effe benoud geruik, en was nie van 'n goeie kwaliteit nie. Sou eerder van die huis af wou bring.

Would love to see instructions somewhere on how to use the stove. Wanted to make oatmeal at 6:00 in the morning but couldn't get the stove on, and didn't want to call the owner that early. On the website it says full DStv, but we had to specially ask for it to be switched on, where we were then told to give 48 hours notice. Then the website can't advertise full DStv. At least we could watch DStv on Saturday night. Bath towels smelled a bit musty, and were not of a good quality. Would rather bring from home.

Ek waardeer die terugvoer en ek vra om verskoning vir die ongerief veroorsaak.

Ons het aangeneem dat gaste sou weet hoe om die stoof te gebruik of ons sou skakel as hulle gesukkel het, maar ek verstaan dat julle gevoel het julle wil nie so vroeg pla nie. Ons het nou getikte instruksies binne in die kas opgesit vir gaste.

Met betrekking tot die DStv, was dit wel op die profiel aangebring dat aktivering vooraf versoek moet word. Die inligting is ook nou so geplaas dat dit automaties deurtrek na gaste se kwotasies.

Met betrekking tot die handdoeke, vra ek om verskoning vir die kwaliteit daarvan. Na jul verblyf, was ons daar en het ook opgemerk dat die skoonmaker nie die gaste handdoeke uitgesit het nie, maar die gewone handdoeke.

Ek hoop jul verblyf was verder aangenaam. Enige verdere terugvoer aangaande jul verblyf by Ileven Heaven kan per e-pos aan my gestuur word.
