Once you open the windows, it was too much noise.

The flat had a bad smell. Don't know if it was a paint smell or what. Struggled with the lifts. I must congratulate them on the cleanliness. Please consider a shower instead of a bath, especially with the beach sand.

It was good, the staff was friendly and the unit was clean.

The stay was good. The rooms can be improved by adding a broom and a cloth to wipe the floor. It is a self-catering unit and can get messy, especially when traveling with kids.

We enjoyed being in Durban.

I think Impala has to renovate their apartments. The bathroom doesn't look good, the toilet flushing system is old and the old leaking geyser on top of the bathtub, that's terrifying. The old cutlery, pots make it so difficult to cook different dishes. The only thing I like about Impala is that it's close to all amenities.

It's was great, we enjoyed it.

We went there for our friend's baby shower and we had a music speaker, we played music and our next door flatmates wanted to join us (party with us) and we allowed them. We played music, partying, no one came asking us to not make noise till 21:30, then we put the music soft when our next door's was going to sleep.

It has all you need is very close to beaches, restaurants and entertainment, has an entertainment room for kids and teenagers.

It is unfortunate that the surrounding does not seem pleasant.
