Description
Inn on the Sea 3 is a beautifully decorated triple-storey. This apartment is in a secure complex in Ramsgate, right on the lagoon and main Blue Flag swimming beach.
On the ground level, the lounge is fitted with stylish furniture as well as unlimited Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, with amazing sea and lagoon views, a small enclosed garden, and a guest toilet.
The large dining table off the lounge seats 8 and the spacious, ultra-modern kitchen, with Caesar stone tops. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first level, there are 4 bedrooms, all fitted with queen beds and ceiling fans. They are superbly furnished and 2 of the bedrooms have beautiful sea views.
The main bedroom is fitted with an en-suite, modern bathroom, with 2 basins, a bath, shower and toilet. The second, modern bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The second level boasts a striking lounge area with a built-in bar and kitchenette as well as a balcony with deck chairs and a kettle braai provided for your use. This level comes with breathtaking sea and lagoon views.
The complex is fitted with a swimming pool, a thatch lapa, sufficient backup water supply, as well as a solar system for outside lights, electric fencing and an automated gate.
The apartment is fitted with an alarm system as well as an automated double garage. Shops and restaurants are within close proximity.
