Description

Nestled in the unspoilt surroundings of the Valley of the Kings, guests will find Intibane Lodge, which is Zulu for “warthogs”. The lodge is a privately owned game and cattle farm, just 17km south of Ulundi on the R66.

The Intibane Lodge offers guests a choice of Self-catering Chalets, Self-catering Log Cabins, and Luxury Rooms. All the units are air-conditioned and they are comfortably furnished for convenience with TVs with DStv, kitchenettes and tea and coffee making facilities. Each unit also has its own bathroom.

The lodge has a communal braai area that guests can use, and the on-site restaurant offers breakfasts and an a la carte menu for supper. A conference and wedding facility is also available. A cash bar with a pool table and darts for entertainment, as well as a pool, is also available to guests. Various activities can be enjoyed on the lodge itself; from early morning or late afternoon game walks, to mountain biking, but guests please need to bring their own bikes.

Intibane Lodge is a home to a variety of game such as zebra, giraffe, kudu, duiker, impala, reedbuck, bush pig, waterbuck, jackal, hyena, a large variety of birds, and warthogs, offering guests an unforgettable bushveld experience.
