Description
Ipanema 3 is situated in the small seaside town of St Michaels On Sea, on the south coast. This beautifully decorated first-floor unit can accommodate 8 people comfortably and is only 400 m from the St Michaels swimming beach.
This lovely unit has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan lounge, with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter. Bedroom 1 features a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 features twin single beds in each. The lounge has a TV, DVD player and Open view. If guests want DStv, you will need to bring their own decoder and smart card. Please also note that the DStv Explorer is not compatible with the setup. The unit has a Wi-Fi with 5GB.
The unit also has a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean with a braai and patio set. There is also a bunk bed set in lounge. There is a fence around the complex, as well as undercover parking.
The inverter is connected to everything except the stove but there is a 1-plate gas stove as backup to use during load shedding.
St Michaels is a tranquil and idyllic little town boasting picturesque scenery and pristine beaches. The main swimming beach at the mouth of the Umhlanga River is popular with both swimmers and surfers alike.
