Description

Ithaca 30 is a self-catering, modern studio apartment, located in the secure Ithaca resort complex. Ithaca is a well-maintained resort of privately owned apartments, situated in the small town of Manaba, between Margate and Uvongo, 150 km south of Durban, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The resort is just 350 m away from Lucien Beach - Manaba's Blue Flag swimming and surfing beach, that also has a tidal pool and rock fishing spots. Various shops, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance of the complex.

Ithaca 30 is a modern, open-plan unit that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The open plan living area/bedroom area contains a double bed, bunk bed and air conditioner. The lounge area features a sound system and a wall mounted flat-screen TV with DStv EasyView. The bathroom contains a bath with handheld shower attachment, a toilet, and a washbasin.

The kitchenette, with its Granite work surfaces, is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

The private covered balcony, with a great sea view, has a gas braai. The ideal spot for romantic meals while watching the sea.

Ithaca has a large private, guest only swimming pool, as well as communal braai facilities on either side of the complex. There is also a jungle gym and a trampoline for the kids.

An undercover parking parking bay is provided per unit.
