This apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a bath; the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, and has access to the second bathroom fitted with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen contains a 4-plate gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.

The adjacent open-plan living area has a dining table with seating, the lounge has a double sleeper couch, and a TV for media entertainment. The living area opens to a large private balcony, which boasts an outdoor dining table with seating and a built-in braai area for guests to use. An undercover parking bay is assigned to this for 1 vehicle in the complex.
