Jamaican Palms 16 is situated in Marina Martinique in Jeffreys Bay with 24-hour security, and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin and a view over the canal. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and there are a single bed and a sleeper couch in the loft area. There are steps leading to the loft which are not suitable for small children without supervision. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and basin.

Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, an air fryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.

The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The comfortable lounge leads out onto the enclosed braai room with beautiful canal views. Guests should bring their own braai wood. An inverter is available for the TV and Wi-Fi during power outages.

The unit is 500 m from Tapas and Die Walskipper Restaurants. The Marina Martinique Nina's Restaurant is also available. The Marina Wharf Restaurant is also within easy reach. It is 600 m from the beach.
