Description

Jasmine Cottage is a charming, child-friendly, self-catering house in Kommetjie, and is situated just 200 m from the beach.

This tastefully decorated, the double-storey house can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children, and comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and 2 lounge areas.

Located on the first floor, the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed comprising a three-quarter bed on the bottom and a single on top, and interleads with the fourth bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed, as well as a cot.

Guests can relax in the first-floor lounge, which opens onto a deck with sun loungers, and overlooks the garden. For extra safety, the stairs to the first floor is fitted with a gate.

Located downstairs, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and opens onto the deck with a pool. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom overlooks a small courtyard, and is furnished with a double bed. The fifth bedroom opens onto a deck with a swimming pool, and is furnished with a king-size bed. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and a shower.

The open-plan kitchen is located on the ground floor, and is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are available in the scullery for guests to use.

The ground floor second lounge is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, as well as a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi is available.

The living area opens onto a covered patio, with a built-in braai and an outdoor dining area. The enclosed garden features 2 swings, a trampoline and a jungle gym, as well as a plunge pool with a safety net.
