Jean's Nest is a self-catering log home overlooking the Outeniqua Mountain situated in Sedgefield. The home is ideal for a small family with 2 children, or 2 couples and a fifth adult, adventurers or city slickers looking for a quiet hideaway. It is so tranquil here, you can simply be you and appreciate nature on your doorstep.
Jean's Nest comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. These rooms share a family bathroom.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge has a Smart TV with streaming channels, and leads to a sunroom where the fifth guest can sleep at an additional fee per day. The lounge and sunroom have double sliding doors opening to a sun deck with outdoor dining furniture.
The enormous windows let in an abundance of natural light during the daytime hours and allow you to enjoy the canopy of stars at night. Dramatic sunsets tint the sky from dusky pinks to fiery reds. The house is set on a large stand and low slung hammocks makes it a perfect playground for nature lovers.
