Jimmy's Place - Stone Lodge

Pragtige plek met 'n groot onthaal area en kombuis. Kamers is ook lekker groot.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Dit was 'n familie wegbreek en die opset van die plek is gepas vir oud en jonk.

Hierdie was 'n aangename ontdekking. Sal beslis weer gaan. Diens was uitstekend en ons het niks gekort nie.

Lovely place, just needs aircon for summer stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jimmy's The deck, pool and stunning kitchen ensured that we had two days of rest and fun in the sun. The pool is too small to accommodate more than 6 people, but we had the best time regardless. Also the drive there is pleasant and a real treat just an hour away from home. The rooms were the only major pain point - for a 4 star establishment, no aircon, only a ceiling fan that barely worked, and the one bedroom had a bathroom with no windows, and no ventilator which added to the humidity of the room. Also we were disappointed that the DStv as not working as we wanted to watch the rugby and were not advised that this was not working. We were also rushed out on the day of check out with the cleaner showing up at 8 while we where enjoying our last breakfast and packing up the last odds and ends. But it was the perfect spot to unwind and welcome in 2021. A big thank you to Gareth and team for the warm welcome and being super helpful during our stay.

Heerlike gesinsverblyf.

Jimmy's Place het ons verwagtinge oortref. Dis luuks en netjies en goed ingerig vir 'n groep. Ons kon heerlik braai, swem, visvang en die wild vanaf die dek geniet tussen die wilritte.

Mooi omgewing, groot en gerieflike huis, baie lekker paar dae.

Dinokeng is n mooi omgewing, die Bosveld naby aan Pretoria. Die huis is groot en gerieflike huis en is goed ingerig. Die kueirplek wat op die dam uitkyk is n bonus en die bestuur en werknemers is baie gaaf en behulpsaam.

Ongelooflike aangename ervaring.

Dit was 'n baie aangename naweek. Gareth was 'n puik gasheer. Alles was in 'n baie goeie toestand en luuks. Baie rustig en ontspanne.

Fantastiese 3 dae by Jimmy's Place - Stone Cottage.

Ek sal Jimmys Place - Stone Cottage ten sterkste aanbeveel. Die huis is uitstekend geleë en anders as baie ander blyplekke baie goed onderhou, alles werk en is in 'n goeie toestand. Gareth, die bestuurder, is ook fantasties en sal uit sy pad gaan om dinge vir 'n mens maklik te maak en met goeie raad te voorsien. Dis ook baie lekker om na 1,5 uur se ry uit Johannesburg jouself in 'n Groot 5-reservaat in die bosveld te bevind. Baie dankie, ons sal defnitief die plek weer besoek. Al wat nog dalk kort, is lugversorging aangesien dit ongelooflik warm kan raak.

Fantastic accommodation with wildlife roaming.

Huge open plan accommodation with three large bedrooms all en suite. Wonderful patio overlooking the dam. Elephants, hippo, crocodile seen from the comfortable dam patio.
