Lovely location in a cottage next to the big house. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. It was lovely to spend time in the amazing garden and take a dip in the pool.

Absolutely amazing.

The place was amazing, just what we needed. Beautiful scenery, peaceful, very clean and worth the price. I have already recommended. We had no load shedding . Just the WiFi dips but that's understandable, considering we were surrounded by a dam and mountains.

Wonderful place to stay.

We had a lovely time here, the kids loved playing in the garden. And we had a good sleep, no noise from traffic or neighbors. Host was very helpful with some extra things (babybed and toys).

Good stay, but difficult getting there.

Th stay was good, but it's definitely a hassle to get to the location due to the gravel road.

Kaapzicht is 'n baie lekker plekkie om te bly sowat 3 km van Gordonsbaai, uit die gejaag van die stad. Baie mooi geleë tussen berg en see. Die eienaar (Ida) het ons dadelik laat welkom voel en is baie gaaf. 'n Plus punt sou gewees het as die eenheid lugversorging gehad het, anders was als perfek gewees. Ek sal versekerlik Kaapzicht aanbeveel en sal self weer terugkeer soontoe.

We had an awesome time, Kaapzicht is really a gem. I would recommend it to anyone, it's a beautiful place. Was awsome, some time going again soon.

Sal nie aanbeveel vir verswakte bejaardes.Daar is trappe en 'n paar km op 'n slegte grondpad. Vriendelike gasvrou. Geweldige winde gedurende die nag.

It's a perfect place to go just to get away from a busy lifestyle. The service is amazing and they were very accommodating to their guests. Friendly services as well.

I am a frequent traveler, honestly my experience at Kaapzicht was amazing and I can highly recommend. The owners went over and above to make our stay very pleasant. The place looks so beautiful, the views are to die for and their beautiful garden and pool is everything. The host was very friendly and welcoming including the whole family and their dog. I loved the garden mostly so peaceful I would definitely visit again.

Ons verblyf het ons goed gepas en was baie skoon en netjies, sal hulle definitief in die toekoms weer besoek.

Ons gasheer/gasvrou was baie behulpsaam en vriendelik.

Netjies, skoon en baie mooi area. Stil en rustig. Sal weer daar bly. Al wat kan verbeter is dat sodra iemand meer as 2 dae bly kan die asblik leeg gemaak word. Ons asblik was oorvol na 5dae. Geen ander klagtes nie, great plek.

Worst ever.

Stove not working. Only single beds for 4 couples. Stairs always wet because of a gutter direct on stairs. My wife broke arm on the slippery stairs. If you use shower in the loft water flows over in to kitchen area. Loft room no window. Loft staircase always wet and slippery because there is no gutter to the roof above the loft. I phoned about the stove not working I got no answer. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I think the advertising was misleading too because a view of the whole house showed we got just 2 rooms.

Ek en my family het ons baie geniet, die gasvryheid was baie goed, ons was baie goed verwelkom. Ek sal weer 'n naweek wil gaan, dankie Kaapzicht en Lekkerslaap.

Both the loft and the cottage was very cosy. We had good weather which allowed us to enjoy the big beautiful garden.

It was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and very friendly hosts. Would return again.

Only one issue we picked up was that there is an odour from the septic tank system that seems to come back up through the drain in the shower/basin. That was a little unpleasant.
