Description

Kab49 is situated in Kleinbaai and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions. The tidal pool is 150m away and the harbor only 400m, both walking distance from Kab49.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second and third bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There are 2 bathroom: 1 is fitted with a bath and a shower and the other has a shower only.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Guests are treated with a bag of freshly ground coffee from Gansbaai Coffee Company.

The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with DStv, and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

There are lovely braai facilities and a braai grid available for guests’ use during their stay. Guests can braai beneath the milk wood trees in the back garden during the summer and enjoy the indoor braai during the cold winter months.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises. No pets allowed.
