We had a lovely time. It can be quite hot on the upper level. Be aware if you are going to use the third and fourth bedrooms. Idyllic, peaceful stay in the shadow of the Maluti mountains.

Plenty of space and beautifully appointed. We only stayed for a weekend, but wished it was for much longer. The weather was sunny, the lodge was sprawling and had everything we needed, including a great braai area. Only complaint from the kids was that there was no swimming pool, but that didn't really detract from a wonderful getaway in Clarens.

A perfectly located, very spacious, family friendly holiday home.

The lodge is fantastic - loads of space, rooms, gardens etc. Perfectly located for a pleasant walk to the square for eating out/shopping etc. Also central for some very easy to get to walks along the spruit and environs.
