Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R750 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Hairdryers, washing machines, clothes irons, ovens and geysers may not be used during load shedding.
The beach and garden are great for dogs; however, you are responsible for your pets; please clean up after your dogs (whether on the beach or on the property) and NO dogs on the beds/furniture.
No smoking inside the cottage/unit.
A garden service visits the property, usually every 2 weeks to cut the grass. In addition to this, our gardener (called Sniko) visits the property on Wednesdays for general garden maintenance. These services may not be denied entry and if you have dogs, please keep the dogs on the verandah whilst the garden service / Sniko performs their duties.
The unit is rented on a self-catering/self-cleaning basis; however, for long staying visitors limited cleaning services will be provided: Our cleaner (called Phume) will visit the property either on a Wednesday or Friday to provide basic cleaning (once a week) if needed (kitchen, floors, bathroom). Bedding will be changed once a week. Please inform the caretakers if you do not wish to make use of the cleaning service.
Avoid excessive noise / loud music. The sound of the sea is far more soothing. It is part of the booking agreement that no boisterous parties will be held.’
